Whois Privacy Protection in Shared Hosting
If you get a shared hosting package from our company, you will be able to enable Whois Privacy Protection for any of your domain names if their extensions support this option. You can register/transfer a domain name and enable Whois Privacy Protection during the registration procedure or you can enable the service for any of your domain names at any moment later through the Hepsia Control Panel. The process is surprisingly easy – once you log in, you will have to go to the Registered Domains section where you will find a list of all the domains that you’ve registered with us. For each of them you’ll notice an “Whois Privacy Protection” symbol, which will let you know whether the service is active or not. By clicking on it, you can either Whois Privacy Protect the domain, or you can disable the service if it is currently active.
Whois Privacy Protection in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you’ve got a semi-dedicated server account with us and you register a domain under it, you can enable our Whois Privacy Protection service effortlessly. This requires only a few clicks in the Registered Domains section of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, through which you manage everything associated with your semi-dedicated account. This is the place where you can see all your active domain names and for each of them you’ll see an “Whois Privacy Protection” symbol, using which you can activate, renew or remove the Whois Privacy Protection service. Of course, this can be done only with generic and country-code domain name extensions that are Whois Privacy Protection-eligible and you will be able to see this beforehand, so you will not end up buying a service that we cannot provide.
